Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive health and safety training programs for all levels of employees, focusing on the oil and gas industry's specific risks and protocols.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Investigate safety incidents, near misses, and accidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, safety incidents, and audit findings.
Stay updated with the latest health and safety legislation, best practices, and industry trends relevant to the oil and gas sector.
Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the organization through engagement and awareness initiatives.
