F&B Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced F&B Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations at our prestigious facility in Nasik. This role requires a unique blend of advanced academic knowledge and practical management skills, ideal for an individual with a Doctorate/PhD and 3-5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional dining experiences, optimizing operational efficiency, and managing all aspects of the F&B department within our engineering and construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic F&B plans aligned with company objectives and the specific needs of our workforce.
- Manage daily F&B operations, including menu planning, procurement, inventory control, quality assurance, and service standards.
- Oversee a team of F&B staff, providing training, motivation, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining the highest standards in food preparation and service.
- Analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of F&B services with overall company operations.
- Conduct research and apply advanced theoretical knowledge to innovate and improve F&B offerings and service delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and services.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
