Head - F&B

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head - F&B to oversee all food and beverage operations at our Vishakhapatnam facility. This role is ideal for an ambitious MBA/PGDM graduate with 1-5 years of experience looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced BPM environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and cost-effectiveness across all F&B outlets and catering services, contributing to employee well-being and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic F&B plans aligned with company objectives and employee needs.

Manage daily operations of all F&B outlets, including menu planning, procurement, inventory management, and quality control.

Oversee a team of F&B staff, providing training, motivation, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Control F&B costs, optimize pricing, and manage budgets effectively.

Collaborate with HR and Administration to understand employee feedback and implement improvements.

Source and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Organize and manage special events and catering services.
