1-2 Yrs Visiting Faculty / Guest Faculty - Real Estate

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Visiting Faculty / Guest Faculty member to join our team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for individuals with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and 1-2 years of relevant experience, who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and insights in the real estate sector. The Visiting Faculty will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, conducting workshops, and contributing to curriculum development, focusing on the intersection of design and real estate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions on topics related to real estate design, urban planning, sustainable development, and property development.
- Develop and update course materials, case studies, and assignments relevant to the current real estate market in India.
- Facilitate discussions and encourage critical thinking among students regarding design challenges and opportunities in the real estate industry.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students on design projects and research.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in real estate development and design.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the curriculum aligns with industry needs and company objectives.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, presentations, and examinations.
