Refund Policy

Joblynn encourages users to independently apply to any job or internship listings available through our platform that they find suitable. We offer this as a recommendation to support your job search efforts.

Limited-Time Placement Guarantee Refund

When you make a payment of ₹999 between November 1 and March 30 (inclusive), you become eligible for a refund of this amount subject to the following conditions:
  • You must not have secured a paid or unpaid internship or job placement through Joblynn or its employer network within three (3) months from the payment date.
  • Refund requests must be made to Joblynn within fifteen (15) days after the expiry of the three-month period.
  • Payments made outside the specified November 1 to March 30 period are not eligible for any refund under this policy.

Other Payments

All other payments made through the Joblynn payment gateway, including amounts for services, subscriptions, or fees outside the ₹999 placement guarantee offer, are strictly non-refundable.

Refund Process

Refunds under the placement guarantee will be processed after verification of eligibility. Upon approval, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
