No Cancellation Refunds
At Joblynn, once a payment is completed, the transaction is final. We do not offer cancellations that result in a refund. By making a payment, you agree that you are purchasing a non-refundable service or subscription.
Subscription & Membership Cancellation
You may choose to cancel your account or stop using our premium services at any time. However, please note:
- Cancellation of a service does not entitle the user to a refund of any fees already paid.
- Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will typically continue until the end of your current billing cycle/period.
- No further charges will be made once a subscription is successfully cancelled before the next billing date.
How to Stop Services
If you wish to stop your subscription or deactivate your account to prevent future renewals, please contact our support team at support@verthori.com. Please include your registered email and account details in the request.
Important Note
Our policy is strictly "No Refunds" once a payment is processed. We encourage all users to review our service offerings and the Refund Policy thoroughly before completing any transaction.
