2-3 Yrs Director - Program Management

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Director - Program Management with 2-3 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts degree to join our team in Chandigarh. This role involves supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various programs within our pharmaceutical and life sciences operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of program plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Track program progress, identify potential risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support the preparation of program status reports and presentations for senior management.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and departments.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the program management office.
- Manage program documentation and maintain accurate records.
