Accessory Designer - Pharmaceutical Startup (Bhubaneshwar)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Accessory Designer with 0-2 years of experience to join our innovative pharmaceutical startup in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and a passion for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing accessories that align with our brand and product needs. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and developing accessories that enhance user experience and support our pharmaceutical offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design a range of accessories, including but not limited to packaging components, device casings, user interface elements, and promotional items, ensuring they meet functional and aesthetic requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and manufacturing, to translate design concepts into tangible products.

Create detailed design specifications, sketches, 3D models, and prototypes using relevant design software.

Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for innovative accessory design.

Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to oversee the production process and ensure quality control.

Assist in the evaluation of design prototypes and provide feedback for improvements.
