Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop strategic partnerships with content creators, distributors, and advertisers to expand our reach and offerings.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new acquisition opportunities and trends within the Indian TV and radio industry.

Evaluate the financial viability and strategic fit of potential acquisition targets and partnerships.

Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.

Manage relationships with existing partners and explore opportunities for deeper engagement and collaboration.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, legal, finance) to ensure successful integration of new acquisitions and partnerships.
