Role Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Airport Duty Manager with 1-3 years of experience and a postgraduate degree to oversee airport operations and ensure smooth, efficient functioning of all airport-related activities for our gaming and esports events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily airport operations, including passenger services, baggage handling, and flight coordination.
- Liaise with airline staff, ground handlers, security personnel, and other airport authorities to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor flight schedules and proactively address any disruptions or delays.
- Implement and enforce airport safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with event logistics teams for efficient arrival and departure of talent and equipment for gaming tournaments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and company policies.
- Manage on-ground staff and provide training and guidance as needed.
- Oversee the efficient flow of VIPs and delegates during gaming events.
