Key Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization and development of art styles, visual themes, and overall aesthetic for gaming projects.

Direct and mentor a team of artists, providing clear feedback and guidance to ensure high-quality asset creation.

Collaborate closely with game designers, producers, and developers to ensure art direction aligns with game mechanics and overall vision.

Create mood boards, style guides, and art briefs to communicate visual direction effectively.

Oversee the creation of 2D and 3D assets, including characters, environments, UI elements, and marketing materials.

Ensure consistency in art style and quality across all game assets and platforms.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in game art and design.
