Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Asset Manager with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the lifecycle of our industrial equipment assets, ensuring optimal performance, maintenance, and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of asset management principles, coupled with the analytical skills to derive insights from data and drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize asset lifespan and minimize downtime.
- Monitor asset performance, identify potential issues, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of asset inventory, maintenance history, and depreciation.
- Conduct regular audits of physical assets to ensure accuracy and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Analyze asset data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to ensure effective asset utilization.
- Manage vendor relationships for maintenance, repair, and spare parts procurement.
- Ensure all asset management activities adhere to company policies and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the development of long-term asset replacement and capital planning.
