Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our Asset Operations team as an Asset Operations Executive. This role is ideal for recent MBA/PGDM graduates with 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in real estate asset management. You will be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day operations and strategic management of our real estate assets, contributing to their optimal performance and value enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and optimizing the performance of a portfolio of real estate assets.

Support in tenant relations, lease administration, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.

Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics for assets.

Coordinate with various stakeholders, including property management, legal, and finance teams.

Contribute to the development and implementation of asset management strategies.

Monitor property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
