Develop and implement strategic IT plans aligned with the hospital's growth objectives.

Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management.

Manage hospital information systems (HIS), electronic health records (EHR), and other healthcare-specific software.

Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR if applicable).

Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.

Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement of IT hardware and software.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
