Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Associate for our Healthcare & Life Sciences - Other division in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience and a postgraduate degree, looking to contribute to the operational efficiency and service delivery within a dynamic facility management environment. You will be instrumental in supporting various projects and initiatives related to the healthcare and life sciences sector, ensuring adherence to standards and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of facility management services for healthcare and life sciences clients.
- Support the implementation of operational strategies and process improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations on project status, performance metrics, and operational outcomes.
- Manage client communication and address operational queries or issues promptly.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of service level agreements (SLAs).
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements in the healthcare and life sciences sector.
