Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate for our Healthcare & Life Sciences support team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and services within our real estate developments, catering to the unique needs of healthcare and life sciences tenants. The ideal candidate will have a 12th Pass education and 3-5 years of experience in a related support or operational role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the day-to-day operational support for healthcare and life sciences facilities within DLF properties.
- Coordinate with facility management teams to ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Support the maintenance and upkeep of specialized infrastructure required by healthcare tenants.
- Manage basic administrative tasks, including record-keeping and documentation related to tenant services.
- Liaise with tenants to address their operational queries and facilitate service requests.
- Monitor and report on the status of facility services, identifying any potential issues or improvements.
- Assist in organizing and executing minor maintenance or repair tasks as directed.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all stakeholders.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of healthcare and life sciences operational requirements.
