ATM Operations Manager - Medical Services / Hospital (Gurgaon)

We are seeking an experienced ATM Operations Manager with 3-4 years of experience to oversee and manage all aspects of ATM operations within our hospital network. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning, security, and efficiency of all ATM services, contributing to excellent patient and staff convenience. This role requires a B.Sc degree and a strong understanding of operational management in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day ATM operations, including cash replenishment, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.

Ensure ATM security protocols are strictly followed, including monitoring for fraud and unauthorized access.

Coordinate with third-party vendors for ATM maintenance, repairs, and software updates.

Monitor ATM performance, uptime, and transaction volumes, identifying areas for improvement.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Prepare regular reports on ATM operations, cash management, and service levels for management review.

Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies.

Handle customer queries and complaints related to ATM services effectively.
