• Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet areas, ensuring adherence to event timelines and quality standards.
• Manage inventory of banquet supplies, linens, and equipment, and ensure proper maintenance.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to finalize menus and ensure timely and high-quality food and beverage service.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming for maximum guest satisfaction.
• Monitor event budgets and manage expenses to ensure profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
