Bariatric Surgeon - IT Services Sector (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Bariatric Surgeon with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Pharma degree to join our corporate wellness team in Kochi. This role focuses on developing and implementing comprehensive bariatric and metabolic health programs within our IT services organization. You will leverage your pharmaceutical knowledge and understanding of health management to support employee well-being and productivity. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and execution of bariatric health strategies and wellness initiatives for employees.

Provide guidance and educational resources on pre- and post-operative care related to bariatric surgery, drawing from pharmaceutical knowledge.

Collaborate with internal HR and external healthcare providers to facilitate employee access to bariatric care services.

Monitor health trends and conduct basic assessments to identify employees who might benefit from bariatric or metabolic health interventions.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in bariatric surgery, metabolic health, and relevant pharmaceuticals.

Contribute to the development of health awareness campaigns and workshops.
