Barista - Full-Time Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at our Gurgaon office. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other beverages, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service. This role is crucial in providing a welcoming and energizing environment for our staff and visitors. You should have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a 12th Pass qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to recipes and quality standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee machines, counters, and customer seating areas.

Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, ensuring it is clean and in good working order.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and answering questions about menu items.

Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report any shortages.

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
