Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.

Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.

Coordinate with other facility management staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.

Utilize knowledge gained from M.Com degree to understand operational efficiency and client needs within the facility management context.
