Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bengali Teacher to join our team in Nasik. This role is ideal for individuals with a B.Pharma background looking to transition into an educational role, leveraging their analytical skills and structured approach to language teaching. The candidate will be responsible for imparting knowledge of the Bengali language to students, fostering their linguistic abilities and cultural understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging Bengali language lesson plans tailored for students with diverse academic backgrounds, including those with a B.Pharma degree.

Teach Bengali grammar, vocabulary, literature, and conversational skills effectively.

Assess student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.

Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.

Utilize innovative teaching methodologies to cater to learners with a scientific/technical educational background.

Encourage cultural appreciation and understanding of Bengali heritage.

Collaborate with other educators and staff to support student development.
