Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior BI Administrator to join our growing team in Chennai. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent BBA/BBM graduate eager to kick-start a career in Business Intelligence within the pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will support the administration and maintenance of our Business Intelligence tools and platforms, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for reporting and analysis. You will work closely with the BI team to learn and contribute to various aspects of BI operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily administration and monitoring of BI tools and environments.
- Support the creation and maintenance of BI reports and dashboards.
- Help in data validation and ensure the integrity of data used for reporting.
- Collaborate with the BI team on user access management and permissions.
- Participate in the documentation of BI processes and procedures.
- Learn and apply best practices in BI data management and governance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic BI-related issues under supervision.
- Assist in the preparation of data for analysis and decision-making.
- Support the implementation of BI solutions and enhancements.
