Bilingual / Multilingual Support - Non Voice - Startup (Hyderabad) - 1-3 Yrs

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via email, chat, and other non-voice platforms in specified languages.
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to real estate services, property inquiries, and related queries.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or team leads when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, accurate, and helpful support.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Continuously learn about company products, services, and updates to provide the best possible support.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
