Billing Executive (3-5 Yrs) at Titagarh Wagons Limited

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join our team at Titagarh Wagons Limited in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing all billing activities accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and correct invoicing for our railway-related projects and services. This role requires a strong understanding of billing procedures, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A BBA/BBM degree is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients based on contracts, work orders, and service agreements.
- Verify the accuracy of billing data and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Reconcile invoices with purchase orders, delivery receipts, and other relevant documentation.
- Track outstanding invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain detailed records of all billing transactions.
- Address and resolve billing discrepancies and client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and accounts departments to ensure smooth billing processes.
- Generate regular billing reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators and potential issues.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes related to billing and accounts receivable.
- Maintain up-to-date customer billing information and payment terms.
- Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and best practices in billing and invoicing.
