Blue Collar Recruiter (3-4 Yrs) - B.Tech/B.E. Graduates

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Blue Collar Recruiter with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding a large volume of blue-collar talent for various operational roles within the internet industry, specifically focusing on candidates with a B.Tech/B.E. educational background. This role requires a strong understanding of the local talent market and the ability to effectively manage high-pressure recruitment cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire blue-collar workers, with a focus on B.Tech/B.E. graduates.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, referral programs, and local outreach, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage a high volume of applications and maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand their hiring needs and provide timely recruitment support.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate reports on hiring progress, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Stay updated on labor market trends and best practices in blue-collar recruitment.
