Branch Sales Manager (B2B)

Role Summary: The Branch Sales Manager (B2B) will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the client base for our Facility Management Services within a designated branch territory. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and the facility management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve branch sales targets and expand customer base.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on B2B clients requiring facility management solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
• Understand client needs and effectively present Quess's facility management service offerings.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, service delivery) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Manage and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
• Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports on sales performance.
