Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the cabin crew, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and service standards.
- Conduct pre-flight briefings, assigning duties and ensuring all crew members are well-prepared.
- Oversee cabin preparation, including catering, amenities, and safety equipment checks, before each flight.
- Manage crew scheduling, rostering, and leave requests to ensure adequate coverage.
- Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to new and existing cabin crew members.
- Handle passenger inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with flight operations and ground staff to ensure seamless flight operations.
- Maintain inventory of cabin supplies and reorder as necessary.
- Conduct performance evaluations for cabin crew members and provide constructive feedback.
- Act as a point of contact for any emergencies or critical situations onboard.
