Captain / Restaurant Supervisor - Thiruvananthapuram (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Captain / Restaurant Supervisor with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role requires a unique blend of leadership, operational management, and a strong technical aptitude, ideally supported by an M.Tech degree. You will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment within a fast-paced hardware and networking startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any complaints promptly and professionally.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the front-of-house, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies for service improvement.
- Utilize analytical skills (enhanced by M.Tech background) to identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions.
