Cargo Agent / Cargo Officer - Real Estate (Thiruvananthapuram)

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Cargo Agent / Cargo Officer to join our Real Estate operations in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee all aspects of cargo handling, logistics, and inventory management related to construction materials and project supplies. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of all construction materials and project-related cargo.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

Manage relationships with suppliers, transporters, and other logistics partners.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards for cargo handling and storage.

Prepare and process necessary documentation for cargo movement and customs clearance (if applicable).

Monitor and optimize logistics costs.

Liaise with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
