We are seeking a motivated Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) with 3-5 years of experience to join our finance team in Chandigarh. This role is crucial for overseeing our accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making within our dynamic hospital environment. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian accounting standards.

Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

Support internal and external audits.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.

Maintain a strong understanding of relevant financial regulations.
