Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) - BPM Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's information security program, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices within the BPM industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive information security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Oversee the implementation and management of security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software.
- Manage incident response activities, including the investigation of security breaches and the development of remediation plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide security awareness training to employees.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security into all aspects of the business.
- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
