We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chief Risk Officer (CRO) with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing hospital in Indore. The CRO will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and safeguarding the hospital's assets and reputation. This role is ideal for a recent M.Com graduate with a strong understanding of financial risk management and a passion for the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive risk management frameworks and policies.

Conduct risk assessments and analysis for various operational, financial, and strategic activities.

Monitor and report on identified risks and mitigation strategies to senior management.

Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards.

Support the development and execution of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Collaborate with different departments to foster a risk-aware culture throughout the organization.

Contribute to internal audit processes and recommend improvements to internal controls.
