CHRO Job Opportunity - Animation & VFX

Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven CHRO with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for an individual with an M.Sc. degree looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources at a leading Animation & VFX MNC. You will support the HR department in various functions, contributing to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation within the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the Animation & VFX domain.
- Support in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Participate in performance management processes and provide support to employees and managers.
- Conduct basic HR research and analysis to support strategic HR decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR-related projects.
