Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Executive with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 0-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Mangalore. This role is crucial for managing and recovering outstanding payments related to our railway infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to debt collection.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage outstanding payments from clients and contractors.
- Initiate and follow up on collection activities through various communication channels (email, phone, letters).
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate payment records.
- Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans with debtors while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all collection efforts and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with finance and project teams to address payment issues and improve cash flow.
- Assist in legal proceedings or external agency engagement for challenging debt recovery cases, if required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
