Company Secretary / Compliance Officer for B.Des Graduates (0-1 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Company Secretary / Compliance Officer. This entry-level position is ideal for recent B.Des graduates looking to build a career in corporate governance and compliance within the dynamic industrial automation sector. The successful candidate will support the Company Secretary and Compliance team in ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory forms and documents with regulatory authorities (e.g., MCA, SEBI).
- Support the maintenance of statutory registers and records of the company.
- Conduct legal and compliance research and provide summaries on relevant regulations.
- Help in organizing board meetings, committee meetings, and general meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with corporate governance norms and internal policies.
- Support in the review of contracts and agreements from a compliance perspective.
- Participate in compliance audits and follow-up on audit observations.
- Stay updated with changes in corporate law and compliance requirements relevant to the industrial automation industry.
- Coordinate with various internal departments on compliance-related matters.
