Company Secretary / Compliance Officer (Hyderabad)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Company Secretary / Compliance Officer with 1-3 years of experience to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate governance, company law, and regulatory compliance within the Indian context, particularly in the media and entertainment sector. This role is crucial in ensuring our operations adhere to all legal and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and filing of annual returns, financial statements, and other statutory forms with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) and other regulatory bodies.

Maintain statutory registers and minute books for board and committee meetings.

Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws and listing agreements.

Support in organizing and coordinating board meetings, general meetings, and other corporate events.

Conduct research on legal and regulatory changes affecting the company and advise management on compliance matters.

Handle secretarial and compliance aspects related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate restructuring activities.

Assist in drafting and reviewing various legal documents and agreements.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
