Compliance Trainer Job Opportunity - Internet

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Compliance Trainer to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and managing compliance training programs to ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies within the internet industry. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with 3-4 years of experience and a strong educational background.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update compliance training materials for employees across various departments, ensuring relevance to the internet industry's regulatory landscape.

Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and online, to a diverse audience.

Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, quizzes, and performance monitoring.

Stay abreast of new regulations, industry best practices, and emerging compliance risks.

Maintain accurate records of training completion and compliance status.

Collaborate with legal, HR, and operational teams to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly.
