We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Materials Manager with a B.Des degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, quality control, and inventory management of all construction materials for our pharmaceutical and life sciences projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure high-quality construction materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to project specifications for pharmaceutical and life sciences facilities.

Implement and manage robust quality control procedures for all incoming materials, verifying compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and coordinate material delivery schedules to prevent delays and optimize site logistics.

Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to forecast material needs and resolve any supply chain issues.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Ensure all material handling and storage practices comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Utilize design principles and aesthetic considerations relevant to a B.Des background in material selection where applicable.
