Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Content Management Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will have a BCA degree and a strong understanding of managing and organizing content across various platforms, including print, online, and electronic media. This role involves ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for internal and external communications within the railway industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain content databases and repositories for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the creation, editing, and proofreading of various content formats, including technical documents, marketing materials, website copy, and internal communications.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, style guides, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with different departments (e.g., engineering, marketing, HR) to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
- Support the digitization and organization of legacy print and electronic documents.
- Monitor and update website content, ensuring it is current, relevant, and user-friendly.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to content management activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues as they arise.
