Contract Data Centre Ops and Server Management (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Centre Operations and Server Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a B.Tech/B.E. degree, with a strong understanding of data centre infrastructure and server administration. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our data centre facilities and IT systems, supporting business continuity and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the performance and availability of servers, storage, and network devices within the data centre.

Perform routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades of server operating systems and applications.

Implement and maintain data centre security measures, including physical security and access controls.

Respond to incidents and outages, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions.

Manage capacity planning and resource utilization for servers and storage.

Ensure compliance with relevant IT policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with other IT teams to support infrastructure projects and initiatives.

Maintain accurate documentation of data centre configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
