Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Refinery Maintenance Manager with 3-4 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities within our gaming infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for IT hardware, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of gaming-related hardware and software systems.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors for the procurement and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to gaming servers and platforms.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure smooth deployment of new gaming features.
