Corporate Development Analyst - TV / Radio (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Corporate Development Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial in supporting the strategic growth initiatives of our TV and Radio business units. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and M.Pharma background to identify, evaluate, and execute potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic investments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis within the Indian TV and Radio sectors to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the financial modeling and valuation of potential targets and strategic initiatives.
- Support the due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to facilitate deal execution.
- Monitor the performance of existing investments and partnerships.
- Leverage understanding from M.Pharma to analyze market dynamics and regulatory landscapes relevant to media and content.
