Country Head (3-5 Yrs) | Mumbai

Role Summary:

This role requires a strong understanding of the Indian healthcare market and a proven ability to lead teams effectively.

- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across various functions.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive the expansion of services and product offerings.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and quality standards within the healthcare sector.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
