Creative / Art Director - Nagpur

We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative / Art Director with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for an individual with a unique background, including a B.Pharma degree, who possesses a strong creative vision and the ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling gaming experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing the artistic direction and visual style of our gaming projects, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and appeal to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall artistic vision and creative strategy for gaming projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of artists, designers, and animators, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
• Create mood boards, style guides, and concept art to define the visual language of games.
• Collaborate with game designers, developers, and product managers to ensure artistic integrity and project success.
• Oversee the creation of all visual assets, including character design, environment art, UI/UX elements, and marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in game art, design, and technology, and apply them to enhance game visuals.
• Leverage a B.Pharma background to bring a unique perspective on user experience, detail-orientation, and problem-solving within the creative process.
