We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Critical Care Physician to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of post-M.A experience in providing high-quality critical care services. This role involves managing critically ill patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the advancement of patient care protocols. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients requiring intensive medical intervention within our healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients with complex medical conditions.
- Provide immediate life-saving interventions and advanced supportive care.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment, making necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate effectively with intensivists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging and laboratory results, to guide treatment decisions.
- Perform procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and chest tube insertion as needed.
- Educate and support patients and their families regarding treatment plans and prognosis.
- Participate in departmental meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in critical care medicine.
