Critical Care Physician - Corporate (Nagpur)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and compassionate Critical Care Physician with 0-2 years of experience to join our corporate healthcare team in Nagpur. This role involves providing specialized medical care to employees and their dependents, focusing on critical illness and injury within the context of an industrial environment. While the primary focus is clinical, the M.Des background will be leveraged for innovative approaches to patient care, health program design, and improving overall workplace well-being and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients, including those with respiratory failure, cardiac emergencies, sepsis, and trauma.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, utilizing advanced medical knowledge and technology.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, specialists, and hospital staff.
- Respond to medical emergencies within the corporate campus and provide immediate, life-saving interventions.
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of corporate health and safety programs, drawing on M.Des principles to create user-centric and effective solutions.
- Analyze health data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee health outcomes.
