Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated CRM Architect with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in the real estate sector, with a focus on optimizing customer relationships and business processes. This role involves working on the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Customer Relationship Management infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of CRM solutions to meet business requirements within the real estate domain.
- Support the implementation and configuration of CRM platforms, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM system performance and user experience.
- Develop and maintain documentation for CRM processes, configurations, and customizations.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for new CRM features and updates.
- Learn and apply best practices in CRM architecture and data management relevant to real estate businesses.
- Contribute to user training and support initiatives.
