Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and intellectually curious Cryptocurrency Trader with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital asset markets, and sophisticated trading strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced academic background and 3-4 years of experience to identify, analyze, and execute profitable trading opportunities within the cryptocurrency space, contributing to the financial strategy of our industrial automation arm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and quantitative analysis of the cryptocurrency market, including tokenomics, blockchain protocols, and emerging trends.
- Develop and implement advanced trading strategies for various digital assets, considering risk management and capital preservation.
- Monitor market movements, news, and regulatory developments impacting the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
- Utilize sophisticated quantitative models and statistical techniques to forecast market behavior and identify trading signals.
- Execute trades across multiple exchanges, optimizing for speed, cost, and liquidity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate cryptocurrency insights into broader corporate financial planning and risk assessment.
- Maintain meticulous records of all trading activities, performance, and market analysis.
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge research in cryptography, distributed ledger technology, and their financial applications.
