CSR Head (3-4 Yrs) | Nagpur

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CSR Head to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma) degree and 3-4 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, with a focus on community development and healthcare initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing CSR strategies aligned with our company's values and business objectives, with a particular emphasis on projects benefiting the local community in Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive CSR strategies and programs focused on healthcare, education, and community upliftment in Nagpur.
- Identify community needs and propose impactful CSR projects in collaboration with local stakeholders.
- Manage CSR budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, government bodies, and community leaders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant CSR regulations and reporting requirements in India.
- Leverage M.Pharma background to conceptualize and oversee health-related CSR projects and partnerships.
